McDonald's

Went Drive-Thru. Only got half of our food correct. This seems to be a constant thing, getting my order half correct or being given the wrong order, having to drive back and get MY ORDER. Whats the point of ordering a PLAIN burger when you add onions? But you know what's annoying? Having to clean my drinks because it's given to me spilled!! WHATS GOING ON?!

Horrible customer service! Then to top it off found this in my breakfast burrito.. im literally fumming right now and as I pulled that out of my mouth I'm also going to go throw up!

Forgot my fries that I paid for. AND forgot my sauce that I asked for. What a horrible experience. Ruined our meal and made me sad. This McDonald’s seems to have a lot of issues with that.

Was quicker to go inside instead of the long drive thru lines..so happy with that! & Can always count on a front row spot..just not sure what's up with the bathroom lighting.. reminds me of the undersea gardens with the blue lighting..lol

January 10, 2024 Pretty hard to rate anything above disappointing when you place an order and request to have one thing in a burger, only to find that after your 12 hour day when you drive home to find your fries were the only thing correct about the order. They somehow managed to not only screw up one of the burgers but both of the burgers the same way. Truly impressive when the grill slip was right there. English isn’t that hard. Only onions doesn’t mean only ketchup. This is why I don’t trust people when I can’t see my food being made. That order was trashed. At least the ramen I made that night was correct. Wasn’t worth the 30 minute round trip to complain. Not my first bad experience at this location but it will be my last.
