McDonald's

I had a Big Mac Meal, and it was delicious. The food came out quickly and the price was reasonable. It's perfect for a quick meal. I ordered the whole thing, and it was still warm and delicious when I got home.

Every time we order through the drive thru, we have to pull forward and wait for our food while watching others behind us get their food first. This is not a one time incident or I'd understand. This happens every time. Then we have to go in to pick it up only to find that it wasn't even prepared in the first place. Slack service for not great food. I think I'll go back to boycotting McDonald's as I did for 10 years prior. There are way more and better options

Wish I could give 0 stars. They take way more orders than they should and have 8 people pull to a different spot away from the window before they give one person their food. This has happened to me over 10 times and I hate that this is the closest Mcdonald’s to me. They need to stop caring about how long their clock says someone is at the window and start caring about getting food to customers. Place used to be good as well, and now the staff could not be much worse.

Ordered on the mobile app. And went to curb side. After 15 minutes of waiting the other car that was there before us left without their food. After about 30 minutes I decided to go through the drive through where multiple cars had came and went while we were waiting. I told them my order and they were rude. Saying they have been out there looking for your car. Which was ironic because not even a minute before we were sitting in the spot which we had been sitting for 30 minutes. The lady who gave me the food was rude about it. When we got the food half the order was wrong. At that point everyone was so annoyed that nobody even wanted the food. Terrible service.

I had a coupon for a medium fries with the purchase of a McCrispy chicken sandwich, the fries were cold and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and warmed in the microwave. Smaller McDonald's that is located inside a convienence store. Have a habit of not getting order correct when going thru drive thru do check bag when you receive it before leaving
