I’d love for these McDonalds to have any bit of pride in their product or work. The bathroom smelled absolutely so awful that I didn’t want to eat my food in the car after I used it. The employees taking orders were on their phones so a crowd was standing at the registers waiting to be called up. The soda machine was flat and the flavors weren’t hooked up correctly so you get half water, half soda. My snack wrap only had sauce at the bottom. Really just all around not a great place. I’d suggest using a bathroom and getting soda literally anywhere else in the world.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The crispy chicken sandwich came plain — just chicken and bread — and the cheeseburger didn’t even have pickles. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted that’s “how it’s made.” If that’s truly the standard here, this location needs serious management changes. Honestly, either retrain the entire team or close this place down.

Check your receipts. The two cheeseburger meal says $9.99. We got 2. The bill came to almost $25. Tax was just over $1. The receipt says med/large. Their advertised menu doesn't match the receipt, and they just upsell in the register to a large without asking. Adds up when your buying multiple meals. Say medium or they will automatically charge you a large price.

I never went here but the reviews said it was bad so I gotta follow the crowd, also I was trying to put an order in otp to another McDonald’s, and the guy on the other end called me an asshole and hung up, so now I got beef with McDonald’s.

Zootopia happy meals without zootopia toys for kids, ran out of apple slices, ran out of plain milk, etc... all for thehighest price mcdonald Ive seen -- $50 for pair of cheeserger meals and 2 happy meals. Don't expect much at the monopoly service areas on the interstate, but this was just sad
