You need to train your staff on how the app and rewards work. I have problems every time I come here. Every other McDonald's seems to not have any issues. At the ordering screen, I activate the reward, then provide the code. Then at the window, they ask for the code again. But the reward was already used, and now the app won't allow you to use it again. What are you doing with the first code??? Figure it out please. Super annoying.
This is why McDonalds loses customers 4/6 415 drive thru 20 piece nugget one sauce hey can I get another sauce she said no on sauce for twenty nuggets is wild go every week not anymore time to switch to Wendy’s
McDonald's is McDonald's. That's a given. But when I stop and order a meal, get my food and take off just to find out half way home my sandwich is MIA? Not cool. What's worse is calling and speaking to a manager. Outright hung up on me. I just wanted my Big Mac, and can't even get a refund
Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! Fast service and always a smile!! My Kids love you guys!!
I picked up several items yesterday afternoon and everything was great. The food was fresh and the ladies behind the counter were very nice.
