McCoole's at the Historic Red Lion Inn

I had my wedding for 70 guests at the arts and events place in the cobblestone parlor and celestial salon this past weekend. We had plenty of room for the buffet and dancing. Jan and her staff were a pleasure to work with. Jan accommodated all of my requests and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was amazing and her prices are very reasonable. I would recommend any event at this venue. You definitely will not be disappointed.

Fantastic historic site/tavern combo. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with a mix of local regulars and tourists. They offer 4-5 of their own craft beers plus standard drafts. Food portions are generous and satisfying. And if you’re lucky, you might get visited by a barbershop quartet!

The perfect venue to host our luncheon. Food was great and everyone was easy to work with. We had ample time to set up and really loved the historic charm of all the brick and wood.

First time visit and on a Friday lunch. What a magnificent restaurant! The interior is as charming as the exterior is inviting. It was not busy and Derrick, our server did his job well. Friendly, attentive yet not intrusive. The food was really delicious and presented as one wants with an upscale restaurant. Glad I visited this staple of Quakertown fine dining and will go again.

Cute bar, yummy french onion soup, and gingerbread espresso martini, plus the staff was great. Would definitely recommend the french dip sandwich!!
