My son has been going to Longview for the past few semesters. He's having to fill out financial aid paperwork. He has filled it out incorrectly and doesn't know about it until he has to start making payments out of his own pocket. This semester he can't even try to get financial aid as apparently he hadn't checked a box correctly for the other semesters. No one is very helpful. There is no phone number to call and ask about the proper way to fill out the paperwork. The only help you can get is if you don't have a job during the day and can stand around waiting for someone to help you. Extremely disappointed with the service of no service in the financial aid department.

WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!!!!!! The teachers are horrible!!!! You have to stand in line for hours just to ask 1 question cause nobody ever answers the phones!!!! I had one teacher tell me i was just lazy and trying to get out of doing my homework when i asked her a question!!!! Going to that school was the biggest mistake i've ever made! I wish i had really thought about where to go before i just used up my A+ on this piece of crap school! Now they won't give me my transcript because they said i still owe them money i never got any bills on!!!! They said they sent me like 8 bills, but i've not gotten a single one!!! I would have paid 2 years ago had i known i had owed this sorry excuse for a school money!!!!
