Our food was good, tea was perfect. Clean store.

The only tiny hiccup here was the cashier genuinely looked and sounded like she didn't want to help me before I even spoke and I do my best to be pleasant because I know food service is rough. She was better when she brought my food. Super clean, good price, tasty food, loved the sweet tea and I'm picky on sweet tea, and it filled me up without leaving me over stuffed. Can't wait to go back!

The food is good. They usually screw up any special requests so don’t count on that. Also, the McAllister web site is basically useless. Whoever designed it gets a huge FAIL and should be embarrassed. Fix the website for mobile devices…pay closer attention to customer requests

After a long day on the road, it was great to stop at a favorite sandwich chain. At first I was a little disappointed since my sandwich had the spicy dressing that I requested to not be added and the bread was toasted a bit too long. However, the staff immediately made it right and made me another sandwich. The new butterscotch pie is a must! I highly recommend. The price is about right for the cost in the current times. Tips are always appreciated by staff and they do work hard. I saw several, constantly checking tables to see is clean and wiping down napkin area.

I recently had a delivery issue. The local manager responded to me right away. That's the key to customer service: not that anything "bad" will never happen, but how a company & its people respond when inevitably something goes sideways.
