I hope this review is helpful to future customers and encourages the employees to improve their quality.After a long day at work, I ordered a BLT, Spud, and chips to-go. When I got home and opened my plate, my BLT was completely burnt (see attached photo). I live in a rural area, so I had to drive all the way back to Statesboro to return it. When I arrived, I greeted an employee and asked for the manager. The employee asked what the issue was, and after I showed her the burnt sandwich, she agreed it was burnt and asked if I wanted a replacement. I declined. When the manager came out, I explained the situation. Her response felt a bit nonchalant, though she did issue a full refund. We come her often. Tonight we were very disappointed. I had the chicken ceasar wrap. It had almost no ceasar dressing and a small amount of chicken. LOTS of parmesan cheese. My husband had the hot ham n cheese. Again let's of cheese. I slice of ham......

This is a place I eat very often. Tonight I was disappointed because my sandwich was put on the wrong bread. When ask for them to correct it, they just gave me the bread to assemble myself. Pictured here!

The service was on point! Not a long wait for my food either. They also bring the food out to your table. I recommend the peach tea btw. I DO NOT like mustard whatsoever, but DAYMNN! That grilled chicken sandwich slaps! The Mac, and cheese tasted delish. Very cheesy, as it should be. Make sure to ask about the ingredients they put on the sandwiches. They aren’t fully specified on their menu. I didn’t know my sandwich was going to have mustard on it.

Ordered thru door dash cause i didn’t wanna go out and found a long hat in my spud potatoe called the store to tell them and didn’t get an apology or nothing. All the manger could say is mhmm
