McAlister's Deli

I really wanted some good soup, so I searched soup near me, and this place popped right up. This place was nice and welcoming, clean, and the staff was very helpful. I ordered the 2 choice, the country potato soup and the horseradish roast beef sandwich. The soup was delicious! I was able to top it with cheese, bacon, and green onions! The sandwich was amazing. The bread was nice and soft. I'm super happy I stumbled across this place. The next time I'm in town, I will definitely come back! There are plenty of seating in the restaurant and a very nice outdoor seating area!

I just want to take a minute and express my appreciation for an incredible job by the McAlisters on Wards Rd. I needed to place a big order for a training at work and because I had special requests items I couldn’t use the normal catering option, but manager Shakita Jackson worked directly with me and I emailed her spreadsheet with 43 orders 33 sandwiches & chips and 10 salads, including names per order and she and the crew of McAllister‘s including the general manager Heather went above and beyond. Everything was packaged so neatly every employee’s name was included on their order whether it was a sandwich or salad I just want them to know how greatly appreciative I am for their work and their effort and I will definitely use them again for future meetings and luncheon if they are willing

The food is always very good and the customer service is 5 stars as well! Shakita does a great job and was very helpful today during my visit. I eat at the Lynchburg location frequently and I am always impressed with the staff and the quality of the food.

My husband & I popped into McAlister’s (Lynchburg, VA) for lunch while we were in town for a quick stay. The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful! We were greeted by several staff members, and the Asst. Manager, Shekita, was so personable and hospitable. Nothing like good food and a warm, welcome atmosphere!

The reason for only four stars is just the pricing. It’s very expensive to eat here, I feel like!! The Turkey BLT was delicious. The Memphian looked great. The lasagna soup was tasty. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and yummy!! Join the rewards program!
