McAlister's Deli

Late from lunch break due to sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins without being greeted! Every time I visit this location there is an issue. Last time there was hair in my salad. Waited months to give them another chance and I instantly regret it! Bad lettuce in salad!!

My parents have fallen in love with their food in the past few weeks. I'm so glad about it. The atmosphere was lovely. It was Valentine's Day so a lot of family nights were happening. Love to see it.

Waited an hour for a chef salad and a club sandwich. I ordered in advance at 11:25 and didn't receive my food until 12:20. Then I asked for a Caesar dressing, and when the man asked the lady in the back for one, she completely ignored him. I waited 5 extra minutes for my dressing and then just walked out because I was on my lunch break. They also weren't giving refunds to people who ordered in advance; customers were told to come back, or they'd just need to call, as if anyone was answering the phone... Please don't come here if you're in a rush. You will be greatly unsatisfied.

I normally go here for pickup but I'm not sure what happened today. I paid almost $17 for a cup of beans and half a sandwhich with no au jus. Very disappointed. The past times I order the gumbo soup it was soup. This is bea slurry no soup and they forgot my au just sauce for my sandwich. My sandwich is cold. Come on yall...

Man. Cannot believe how far McAlister’s has fallen. This was easily the worst experience we’ve ever had at any location. Store is nice and new. Service is poor. Food was disappointing too. Even our kid’s grilled cheese sandwich was bad. Hard as a rock and looked about 3 days old. Somehow it still took 15 mins to make. Won’t be back and that’s disappointing because McAllister’s used to be great. Need new management and staff immediately.
