McAlister's Deli

McAlister’s Deli is a true gem. Service very good. Food served fresh and is awesome. I highly recommend McAlister’s. GM Harsh operates this location that could be used as a best practices site.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing and was greeted by Raquel, who was incredibly pleasant and had such a positive attitude. I honestly felt bad placing a larger order so close to closing time, but she never made me feel like an inconvenience at all. Raquel was very knowledgeable about the menu and even offered helpful recommendations on ways to save money since our order included multiple entrées and sides. Her customer service truly stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable. Employees like Raquel make a big difference! Thank you for the great service!

This was our first time coming to this restaurant and it wasn’t a good experience. The service wasn’t good, everyone just seem very confused and quiet. We didn’t get told to have a good day or anything. I got the French dip which the roast beef was dry and barely any meat on it. The auju was water down which didn’t have flavor. My wife got the 4 four cheese sandwich but the cheese was burnt and she’s said no tomato which they still put tomato on it. The broccoli soup was water down as well with no flavor. Makes me think it’s all pre made and frozen. It’s cost 50 dollars for 2 people which is absolutely crazy I could pay the same price at Longhorn steakhouse and get twice amount of food. I never complain about much but this was the icing on the cake and I’m never going back

Tried the new Cuban sandwich. It wasn’t bad but being from south Florida, this was in no way a Cuban sandwich. A Cuban sandwich is on a very specific style bread, pressed and cut in half at an extreme angle. That said, it was good tasting. Sweet tea was good. Service was friendly but a little slow considering the restaurant was deserted. I would for sure come back to this location again, but order something else.

That was the best veggie potato I have ever got from any McAlister's ever!! 🙌 We have eaten here many times and they never disappoint. Great friendly service as well. Will definitely be returning when in the area for work.
