Ordered from DoorDash and got a Caesar salad also a sandwich and soup. The sandwich wasn’t bad, the broccoli cheddar soup was just cheddar soup. Tell me, has anyone ever in their life had a fishy Caesar dressing? Not me. I threw up my entire order after getting what they call a Caesar salad. I can still smell the “anchovies”. It smelled like rotten fish. Taste like rotten fish and when I called to let them know they said “well we haven’t had any other complaints, Caesar dressing is made with anchovies”

Food is decent. Nothing crazy. But felt that it wasnt worth the money. I paid $17 for this and no drink. Would have liked more meat on the sandwich and that small cup of lasagna soup isn't worth $5. Staff was nice and the food came out quickly. Restaurant was clean. Probably won't be back just because the value isn't there.

Yum! Impulsive stop for lunch here, had never been. Really clean with vibrant colors and ambiance..inviting albeit a fast dining environment. Three people in line ahead of us but it moved very quickly. My only complaint was that the menu board was far from the doors and without my glasses I couldn't see it well. They score extra points however for the website with great pictures that really helped with the ordering process, especially considering we were able to order a sandwich not listed on the menu board (the Rachael). I ordered a spicy turkey but asked to substitute chicken for the turkey. The guy that helped us was incredibly friendly and I appreciated so much him letting me know the soup was a bit watery when I ordered it, which allowed me to make a better choice. We each ordered sp

My husband and I ate here at McAlister’s tonight, and the food was exceptional! My husband had the Memphian, and I had the French Dip. Both were so delicious! I mean the food is always good here, but it was especially good tonight! I decided to go back to the counter and ask to speak to the guy that made the sandwiches so I could compliment him. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful with smiles on their faces. I had already tipped them once, but I was so happy with our experience that I decided to put the rest of my tip money in the jar! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to grab sandwich, soups, and huge loaded baked potatoes. Drinks are great, not watered down. Service is great, sandwich amazing, soup rich and hearty. Will eat here again.
