Mc Mullen Southside Library

Went there to fax documents, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Ms. Elizabeth help me get my library card and enroll for computer access. Not too busy, and several computers available.

This is a very nice little library. They have WiFi, some computers and work stations.

I went there today around 6 pm on August 14,2025. I accidentally requested 2 copies of documents to the printer. When I went to the desk up front Kathy James told me I was only paying for 1 copy of pages. I paid and after I got my copies I was charged 2 times. The total paid was 14.50. I should have only been charged half the price. I am on a limited and fixed income and do not have a lot of money. I asked kathy James for a refund she told me with an attitude you already paid. She can’t do anything. .

Great Library Very nice and helpful people. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful installation.
