Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

There was food plates left on most of the tables. There were very few tables to set at. Cold pizza on the salad bar only 2 hot pizza and a very dirty salad bar. The people were nice. But I will never eat here again.

2nd delivery order that has been poor quality. This recent order was 60-70 minute delivery time, it showed up in about 90 minutes and the food was cold. The pizza was poorly made the toppings didn’t even cover the pizza. Called customer service an basically got brushed off was offered to remake the pizza which I don’t want to wait another hour and a half for them to remake it or a credit for the cost of the pizza not the taxes or delivery fee. I get not the tip we left for the driver but not even the delivery fee? They were 20 minutes late.

Okay, Mazzio’s — y’all crushed it! This was seriously the best pizza I’ve had from there. I meant to take a pic, but I blinked and it was gone… that’s how good it was! 😂 You could literally taste the love in every bite. Shoutout to Grace, the shift lead — she was SO sweet and super helpful. Amazing customer service and even better pizza? Yes please. I’m already thinking about my next order. 🍕💯

Situated in a nice clean area and having a rather new and modern building this is by far one of the better Mazzios locations. It's extremely clean the staff was kind and considerate. The food was well prepared and tasty. My only issue was a few folks had to wait for close to 5 minutes before we decided to flag someone down. Overall though the buffet is great the place is clean I love it. For reference a lunch buffet with soft drink was around $11.

Everything was excellent, just wish it was like the Mazzios in Blanchard. On Sunday's it's all you can eat buffet, pizza and salad and drinks.
