Maverick's Bistro

ABSOLUTELY the best chicken tenders on earth. When fresh they are so crispy and huge and delicious, but I am deducting a star because their hours are very sporadic. They’re supposed to be open every day 8am-9pm but I have been here multiple times where they are closed for no reason either early or all together. I suspect staffing issues

I could really appreciate a little American comfort food, different than what else is around. They were able to add pepper and onions to a cheese quesadilla. The cheesesteak we wouldn't get again; it may just need more season or toasted bread would have been nice. Added salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes, comes with chicken gravy. All in all, it's decent enough.

Mavericks Bistro is one of those places that you wouldn't think is anything special until you order there and anything and everything you order is amazing. One thing that definitely stands out is their selection of cheesecake for being in a truck stop this place is phenomenal I can simply tell you I don't believe there's one thing on their menu that is not good. It's amazing and comforting that somebody finally thought outside the box and put such a great little spot have a restaurant inside a truck stop. 5 Stars hands down. Also don't look past the fried chicken they have. Also a great meal

Liked the chicken quesadilla, gate the cheesecake. I would not consider it cheesecake if I hadn't seen it. It's more akin to advertising cheesecake. Looks like the most perfect cheesecake in the world, but isn't made out of anything edible. The cheesesteak looks delicious. Hoping it's as good as it looks. The strawberry-banana smoothie was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a chicken strip with 3 peice with potato wedges,Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing for the potato wedges. No potato wedges! They say the company won't send them? Substitute is tater tots ,not the same. I believe we are getting cheat on value. There is also water dripping from the ceiling in the dining area, on tables and floor. Makes for an unsafe environment.
