Best soup and salad bar in town. If you get a burger you can choose fresh cut fries. I had the portobello mushroom and spinach burger and it was great. The soups were phenomenal. Waitresses are attentive. If you pay with cash you get a discount. Kids and seniors menu also.

I am a cook and understand the restaurant business. The Maverick offers horrendous service and food quality is poor. Once seated we waited far longer then the average time to be seen by a server. Numerous mistakes were made by the server as well as not once did they come by and check on us or refill our drinks. The food was overcooked and yet cool in temperature. The price of the meal are well above the suboptimal meal we were served.

Literally the WORST expirence ever. The salad bar was old dried and disgusting the ranch was thick and crusty. The ketchup on the table tasted like vinegar and sugar. I actually almost threw up. The soda was just syrup. $60 for 3 people and none of us even really ate..... wont come back again. The chicken strips and fries were good but there was nothing good to dip them in....otherwise everything was just awful

We were passing through town and craving burgers. We found this place and had a great time. The food, service, and atmosphere was amazing. For the price, the portion sizes were more than enough and nobody was really able to finish all their food. Everything we ate seemed to be cooked fresh. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best meal in town, just got back from the Cirque and have never needed such good food in my life. The spare rib and salad bar were only surpassed by the cannoli for dessert. The service was splendid and the ambiance was very cowboy cool
