Matt's Deli and Catering

A fantastic deli with friendly staff and ownership! The experience of getting an egg sandwich and coffee, and eating breakfast on the village green is hard to beat. I hadn't been in that building in over 20 years, and I'm glad that Sea Cliff once again has a good deli!

Matt’s Deli is everything a neighborhood deli should be. The food is amazing in that deceptively simple way that only comes from people who actually care. The sandwiches are stacked just right, not sloppy, not skimpy, perfectly balanced like someone behind the counter actually thought about how it eats. Food like this should be easy to come by, but somehow these days it’s not. Thats what makes this deli special. They get the basics right, consistently. What really seals it, though, is the atmosphere. Warm, friendly, genuinely local. The kind of place where you feel welcome whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth. Absolutely outstanding! Head over to Matt’s Deli for some of the most flavorful soups you’ve ever tasted. Hands down my new favorite spot in Sea Cliff.
