Food was good. Great atmosphere I had the chef salad and the grand slam it was served on a timely manner and it came out hot, our server was nice even tho she was busy with other customers. We would definitely go there again.

Driving through to Reno from Salt Lake city this place was easy to find. Nothing much heathly to eat so I had salmon and what was titled 'English chips'. They were not but still tasted good so no complaints. Salmon was yummy too. I didnt eat the garlic bread but it smelled good. Nice server. Would recommend especially if you like the all american menu. Lots of burgers to choose from.

If you’re coming to Mattie’s Bar & Grill, make sure to ask for Teven! This is the second time she has served my husband and me, and she has been absolutely amazing both times. She has such an upbeat, positive attitude, and you can genuinely tell she enjoys what she does. Great hospitality can be hard to find, but Teven truly stands out. She was attentive the entire time our drinks were never low, she checked in consistently without being overbearing, and she made our whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Seated promptly. Food was hot and fresh. We ordered the sampler as an appetizer so we could try the spicy wings. The seafood basket was plentiful. And the heart attack burger was worth the try. For those who enjoy an adult beverage with their meal, there are some excellent choices on tap, as well as a selection of stronger options.

My husband and I had a blooming onion, a mushroom bacon burger with jalapeños and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. We left completely full. Food came out fairly quick, and our server Maria was awesome. We will be back.
