Mattenga's Pizzeria

This was our first time trying this place. We ordered a 16” molto meat and a 10” supreme pizza. I have to say the pizza crust tasted so fresh and delicious!. It was thin on bottom and fluffy towards the outside. It had just the right amount of fresh toppings. Definitely coming back again. Gotta try their buffet Mon-Fri, 11-2pm.

Love your Mission and Vision statement!! Thank you!! The food was absolutely amazing...I ordered a calzone AND A SMALL SUPREME PIZZA for dinner later.!! (Dined in on Thursday 2.17.25 approximately 3pm) Thank you to the young man at the counter (very helpful and provided suggestions while taking my order) and the young lady cooking in back knows how to make a calzone and pizza)!!! They both provided customer service excellence! Must visit this place and dine in. Ambiance was cozy and lace was very clean.

I recently ordered a 10-inch veggie pizza for takeout from Mattenga's Pizza, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. I placed the order online, and after about 15 minutes, I drove over to pick it up. When I got there, the pizza was already ready and waiting for me, which is always a plus. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time, but it was after 8:00 PM. There were a few people dining in, but it was still a relaxed environment. Once I got home, I couldn't resist snapping a picture of the pizza before digging in. The first thing I noticed when I took my first bite was the crust, it was perfectly crispy, which I really appreciated. It had a nice texture that balanced well with the soft, well-cooked veggies, tomato sauce, and cheese. Everything was cooked just right, and the

10/10 . The cauliflower crust is (can not tell at all!) it’s so good , we got the chicken pesto and honey Bexar with the cauliflower crust and demolished both 10” . we will be back 🫶🏽

BVOCAL4LOCAL UPDATE... UPDATE... Let's start by saying Eri, Juan and Danna Made this visit extra special. First time I've ever tried the warm pretzels with cheese dip and it won't be the last. If you'd like pretzels at all, you need to try these. Great service. It's nice when you order things at a counter and you're sitting and you're eating and they still come around to check how you're doing and if you need anything. Service plus! It's Still about the crust and the ratio of sauce toppings. UPDATE... Still a fav. It's about that crust and the perfect ratio of crust to sauce. Had the special "Honey Bexar Pizza" dang! Incredible.
