Mati Coffee

A few years ago one of my Gaggia machines mulfunctioned, and I brought it for a repair. It's 2-hour drive one way and half day off work for me. It is a middle of a cold winter. A week or so later I got it back. Came home, turn it on, and it leaked all over. Called them and brought it back the next day. Another drive, another time off. They check the machine and say that the boiler (?) needs to be replaced "because water got frozen inside and broke the unit. You need to drain water. It's -20F outside, and you have to drain water before transporting the machine". And they hand me a quote ($250+, IIRC). It really got me furious. I have to drain water or you have to drain it before you hand the repaired machine to the customer in the middle if winter?! Anyway, I agreed to split the bill alt

I had an issue with my Philips 2200 coffee machine and found this company listed as an official repair center on the Philips website. I brought in the machine and filled out a quick form. Within 2–3 days, they called me back with a clear estimate and told me it would be ready the very next day — and it actually was! The machine is working perfectly now, and I’m once again enjoying delicious coffee. Great service, fast turnaround, and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service and super-fast delivery! I just received my ESSSE 2.0 café latte digital coffee machine, and I’m thrilled with it. I tried it out and loved it. It’s so easy to use. Just hit a button, and it makes any drink you want—cappuccino, Americano, latte, and more. With little or no effort, it froths the milk first and then pours the espresso in. I don’t have to do anything except touch a button. I would definitely order from this place again because of their great service. I appreciate it very much.

Horrible service, technicians are seems to be missing important skills of how to put machine back altogether. Owner-Luca Mati is a very rude and unkind person, I do not recommend this place, especially if you are going to service Miele or Jura product.
