We have been looking forward to eating here for months. My husband grew up in West Port, and we were looking for somewhere new and snazzy to get reservations when we visited this week. The best thing about this place is the food, but before I share those details I want to brag on the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with so much professionalism and kindness, as well as enthusiasm and expertise. They have really great wait staff, hosts, etc. Everyone we interacted with provided the highest level of service. The wine list is impressive and I was thrilled to find a super Tuscan at a reasonable price on the menu (it was insanely good!). But the food is the real star here. These dishes were just incredible. Match had wonderful staff, atmosphere, food and wine. Match was the perfect spot to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The experience was memorable and I can’t wait to return!

Arrived at the restaurant on a Friday night and we were never told the kitchen closes 30 minutes after arrival. Took time to take order and when we wanted to add another dish because the pasta portion was very small for 35$ we were told the kitchen was closed. Very dissatisfied with the service and then charged 20% gratuity when in reality the service didn’t merit even 5%.

I went mid-week and had lovely dinner. Delicious meal, beautiful lighting and ambiance and a noticeably attentive staff. I will definitely add this gem to a great date night restaurant!
