Masterpiece

It was our first time here. The place is decent and clean. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with the staff but thankfully we had a friend who was able to communicate with them. Some food items were really good and some were too spicy for me. The chicken stir fry was nice and spicy. Fried tofu was the best for me. Crab Rangoon lacked the actual stuffing. Fried rice was great. We Laos ordered udon noodles on side with mapo tofu. Noodles were good but mapo tofu spice level made me sick. I’ll try this place once again cuz it was recommended by a friend before I give my final review. Overall it was okay

I am giving 3 stars because the food and atmosphere are good but the service was horrible. We were also surprised that this restaurant, which is on the higher price side, charges separately for white rice when ordering main dishes. None of the other Chinese restaurants in this area charge extra for rice when ordering main dishes, particularly at this price range. It made the overall experience feel less customer-friendly. The food was decent, but for the price point, we expected better value. Unfortunately, this made the experience disappointing.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I walked into the restaurant at 8:42pm , F… !! drove 30 minutes to eat here. The lady sat me down right away and within 2 minutes she got my water. After 5 minutes waiting at the table few people came in and she sat them down, brought their drinks right away. I kept waiting and right by 9:00pm that young lady went at took their order , not minie. So I said well probably bcse they are sitting right by the kitchen so I will be next I thought . Nope she walked away and did her things, right at 9:05pm she brought the food to the people who walked into the restaurant. The older lady asked her about me I guess as I am observing what is happening. So the young lady told her I guess to take my order because then the older lady approached me to take my order. I

I absolutely love Szechuan food. And I must say, this place lives up to it's name. Every. Single. Thing. Was a MASTERPIECE! Sorry, that was corny. BUT it was true. It takes a lot for me to leave the perimeter, so I was a little nervous about this place, but I took the advice of friends of friends and went some pals, AND I'M GLAD I DID. Must haves: crispy pork (eat this WITH the radish slices), Zhong Style Dumplings, garlic eggplant.

I have zero idea why there are so many bad reviews for this place. We live in Seattle where we get some of the best Chinese food in the states. We went and it was extraordinary! Food was amazing, service was great portions were MASSIVE. Highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back except this time with more people!
