Massey’s Pizza, Sub & Wings

Franchise needs to be shut down, the delivery driver dry begging for tips while getting smart. All of the staff are unprofessional. The place itself is filthy. I advise you to count your change if returned because they like to steal change and hope you don't notice. The establishment makes no haste to resolve problems with their staff. They don't offer any apologies or solution. I doubt any disciplinary actions are taken. whoever the owner is needs to investigate their store.

i am shocked at the low star rating! massey's is the only delivery i'll order from in the city!!! best cheesesteak ever!!! nicest delivery men, 100% gentlemen. who else is delivering latenight like this? i discovered massey's on new years eve, and i've ordered almost 10 times since and nothing has ever been wrong or slow or cold. not once! love them

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. We ordered food at 11:30pm and are 1:19am the lady was still saying 5mins. We still do not have our order. This is absoutely ridiculous!

The pizza is very doughy and not well done. The delivery drivers will not get out of the car. I asked for extra cheese and extra pepperoni. I don't know what extra is to them but it's so little and not what I paid for. They charge extra for toppings but give like 10 pieces of pepperoni.I paid for two ginger ale 20 oz sodas and they gave random cans(12oz) instead and said they don't bottled ones. Don't bother calling to complain they offer "deals" to resolve the complaint but do the same thing as before and you still have to spend money to get the deal. The girl is rude on the phone, very snarky.They will not just refund you your money for messing up your order, they just offer discounts off your next one. Why would I spend more money on sloppiness. They do not actually care about their foo

Don't order! I ordered a 14in pizza and 8pc wings. I was quoted 45mins. 1.5 hours later my order shows up, pizza cold and 8pc of legs. It's late, I'm hungry... started eating. Called to complain. They get on the phone... they read my exact order back to me... the guy on the phone insist they don't sell legs. Sir I'm looking at legs.. ill send you a pic.... places me on hold and someone else gets in the phone.... and hang up. I call back... they don't answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER!!
