Masamigos

Since first visiting Masamigos in December, we’ve somehow… accidentally… strategically… lovingly integrated them into our weekly schedule. At this point, it’s less “Where should we eat?” and more “See you at Masamigos?” They’ve truly become our amigos. A tight crew of hard working humans out there in a church parking lot, pressing comfort and familiarity into freshly made corn tortillas like it’s a calling. There’s something poetic about eating tacos under umbrellas in a parking lot that feels more like a neighborhood block party than a food stop. 10/10 amazing vanilla bean syrup, smooth coffee and matcha. The hand-made tortillas are perfect. They taste amazing, they’re fluffy yet hold all your food in nicely. The Oaxaca cheese was excellent! The salsas were delicious and spicy. Not watery at all. No photos because I inhaled it. I do wish they had some options without pork. I’m coming back!

Wow! What a gem. Stopped by on our way down from the mountain and had a little bit of everything. Their tacos are absolutely perfect. The migas was my favorite but honestly, they were all fire. Their coffee and matcha? Delicious. Imagine a place where you can get a chorizo and egg taco and a matcha latte. Places like this just dont exist... well this one does. Do yourself a favor and stop by. The owners are super cool and you'll come back for the food for sure! Thanks masamigos!
