Hidden Gem. Hidden Gem. Hidden Gem. Need I say again? This is a hidden gem, found it on my backwards arse way on my journey to Kings Dominion. 95 was backed up, ended up on 28 south and going slightly east and at a random intersection with the sign “Mary’s Market”, Latino market and whatever else it is. I knew it was going to be good when I walked in and it definitely lived up to the expectation! The miss at the counter was so nice and personable, made me feel welcome. Asked me if I have ever tried tongue (lengua) tacos and how familiar I was with their food. Also, she really went out of her way to put in my complicated order. Me being a fat guy and really trying to not apply bread to my food as of late, I got the steak tacos without the corn tortillas. It came in more of a salad form whic

The food is pretty decent but takes a bit to prepare. They don't have menus on hand, so unless you know exactly what you want it's pretty hard to order. There is a monitor that seems to have 10 pages of menu items, but it's excruciatingly slow (if it's working). The young lady taking orders and working register doesn't appear to be happy to be there. It's a little pricey as well for what you're getting IMO. I've been there a couple of times, but likely won't go back.
