Customer Reviews
A great roadside American diner that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's impossible to go wrong with anything on the awesome breakfast menu. The Friday Night Fish Fry offers freshly battered filets. Entreés here are made from scratch and reflect a delightful home cooking experience. If you still have room, you can finish off your meal with a slice of pie or a hand-dipped shake or malt for dessert. Counter seating is the centerpiece of this establishment with a dozen or so tables surrounding the perimeter. Groups of four or less can generally be seated in a reasonable amount of time. Anything above six people seated together may be a bit more of a challenge. Service is on-point, attentive and friendly. The building is a little bit rough around the edges, but nothing concerning.
It was good. My wife had a fish fry but thought the breading was too thick. She picked it off. She said the sweet potato fries were good. I had a hamburger, fries, and a coke. It was good. Also has mozzarella sticks which were ok. Had pie and coffee for dessert. Everything was ok. Paid $47. Service was good. Atmosphere is ok. Lots of locals eat here. Soups are very good. I'll go back.
I completely appreciate and respect restaurant facilities like it cause it a building of memories and history. Let's start with staff: courtesy faculty- very clean.. we don't eat at " food chains" we feel the food quality isn't par but today it was above normal. To me, it is so cool to sample a real home grow restaurant. A simple turkey club sandwhich that was worth double its price (please don't raise the price). Home made bread on site with incredible texture on the bread. I am a fry-a-holic so these were great fries. My lady ordered a loaded sundae in a real glass container, not plastic. It is now added to my goggle maps as a favorite for this area.
Food was amazing as always. Idk what it is but food is always better at Mary’s. Staff are always so sweat and helpful
What a great find after attending a basketball tournament in the area! Excellent food and I can’t remember when I’ve had friendlier service!
