Very friendly staff even when it gets busy, and they keep the line moving with a smile. This location seems to be the most consistent....shout out to the owner recognizing our Veteran's on Veteran's Day , thank you! 🇺🇸

I think Marylou’s should stop selling food at the drive thru. I wait 15 extra minutes for someone’s hash browns to finish cooking before I get my coffee. It’s take soooooooooooooo long at the drive thru when all I want is a quick coffee. I now avoid Marylou’s because of the huge line that always forms because of waiting on food for others. It’s becoming dangerous as well since people are lining up in the street while we all wait for some persons food to be done. Go to Dunkin’ if you’re hungry or GO IN! The drive thru has turned into a 25 minute ordeal it’s ridiculous. It’s no fault of the employees that are just doing their jobs, but the people who are in the drive thru still getting food despite the entire line, is so ridiculous. It just takes way tooo long.

I’ve been coming to M.L.’s for a very long time. I believe the customer service has def gone down. I think if ML’s sells this whole “fun &polite & bubbly type employees”, then they should def deliver on that.

To say this coffee is good would be an understatement. It is addictive. Living in Worcester County, I have heard about MaryLou's so I had to try it. Had the rocky road in the AM. It was so yummy that I returned late afternoon and got a French Toast, also yummy. Marylou's is what coffee should be . They not only set the bar, they are the bar. They need to branch out to Worcester County because it is not fair that ONLY the South Shore and RI can have this delicious coffee
