Marylou's Coffee

The girls working tried there best…. but just need training. I recommend going at a time that’s not after school or on a weekend when teenagers are working. They are not a trained at all. I ordered three drinks and non of them were right, the girls didn’t know what the drinks were, so instead of telling me they didn’t know what they were they made up a drink that geinully tasted like chemicals. So i went back in and I was very nice about it so they made me a new drink and told me how they didn’t know what the first drinks were, which was fine. They end up making a new drink that I get sometimes, and it was the worst drink of my life it tasted like cough syrup and it was just absolutely horrible like in words i can not explain. Then I bring home my daughters coffee and it’s not what i ask f

I have never met better more enthusiastic coffee hype girls in my life. They were giving and need to be recognized.

The food is amazing! Delicious treats and amazing drinks. The atmosphere is colorful but a little tense. The workers however, were god awful. They clearly didn’t care about the customer and were super lazy! They didn’t allow me to get a frozen drink because it was 4PM, (they close at six might I mind you), and they close the blender “two hours early,” yet when someone in my family worked there, this was never a rule! They were very rude about it too. Lazy! Lazy! Lazy! If you want an amazing Marylou’s, go to Quincy. This one has lazy servers who don’t even do their job right.

Hot Coffee is great in the AM but go anytime after 10am and risk being served Luke warm coffee the employees should or do know not to serve. It's bad customer service. Also gourmet drinks served without toppings now. I stopped going to most ML. Can't rely Ill be served a good product.

The coffee is not bad and there is a good variety of flavors, but it's really not a nice hangout place. The sound is really poor quality, no bathrooms, no decent table to sit and the staff was not that friendly with us. I hope for that town's sake this is not the best coffee in town..
