Maryland Fried Chicken, Shrimp & Seafood

The fried chicken is mediocre. Its overcooked and dry. And the prices are very expensive, especially considering the low quality. The front of the building had two business names on it so I was confused as to whether I was in the right place. Also, be aware that they charge a 3.99% fee if you use a debit/credit card. The only reason that I proceeded with the transaction was because my mother-in-law strongly requested this restaurant. Otherwise I would have left because this recent phenomenon of charge a rediculous credit card fee is unacceptable.

This is disgraceful! I paid fifty dollars for burnt food and poor service. Please tell me why the workers were playing around while they had a line waiting for food. This is extremely rude! They weren’t paying attention at all they took forever to even given us fountain drinks.

We were visiting Florence SC and we decided to visit some different places. We stopped at Maryland Fried Chicken and ordered fried chicken, rice and gravy, with mashed potatoes and gravy. Our food had no flavor at all, the chicken was basic, the rice had gravy and the taste was off, the mashed potatoes was plain, we did not received any gravy with our mashed potatoes. Staff were very friendly. This restaurant was clean. This restaurant offers dine-in serves and a drive-thru with a parking lot.

First time here. The wait staff was very, patient and helpful. They even helped me order. Staff continuously checked if I needed refill on my fountain drink. The food is good if you are a lover of deep fried foods. I ordered a shrimp, and chicken dinner. It came with at least a dozen baby shrimp, a drumstick, hush puppies, a side of rice, and a side of potatoes. Way to much food for me, but I'm sure I'm the only one complaining about that.

I already knew what I wanted as I was driving down from Columbia. I order the Livers and Gizzards and a Two piece snack with mash potatoes & gravy. This was my 1st time eating white gravy on potatoes. I don't care for hush puppies unless it's from Jumpin J's. I love put hot sauce on my meats. I was excited about this.
