Martin's Super Market

Horrible Customer Service!! Especially Lorraine at service desk. Has no idea how to talk to customers! They treat you however they feel like cause they get away with it. It used to be the best! Now its the worst! We won't be shopping here anymore!

Today I was at the Niles Martin's the two gals who helped me were fabulous! Chris and Lexi were great. Lexy went out to one of the aisles to get something I was short on and Chris was cheerful and quite professional at 8 a.m. on a Saturday kudos to both these ladies!!

Want to personally thank the Niles Martin's Deli staff. We pre-ordered chicken for my aunts funeral, not realizing my dad would be given merely hours to live on the same day. I went on a wing and a prayer to the deli counter to see if I could pick up the 100+ piece chicken order early so I could deliver it to my aunts service and get back to my dad's bedside... The young lady went to the back asking me to hold on for just a minute. She returned with my entire order and said they rearranged the orders so I could have mine right then. She said, "we are sorry about your dad" and sent me on my way. The smallest thing, can have the biggest impact, even as simple as an order of chicken. I had a short amount of time to pick up a few items. The sign for the candy I was buying said buy 2 get 1 free but I wasn't sure which ones were the sale ones. I spent time trying to match the item with the sale but wasn't successful so I took a number of bags to the cashier so she could tell me which ones were the sale items. Another worker took me to the Halloween candy but that was not where I had found the sale so I tried to explain but she argued that they were the same but they were not. I asked to see the manager and Chris came to help. I took him to where the items were. He realized that an employee had put the wrong items in the wrong place and he removed the items but didn't help me at all. I visited your store today to purchase a brand of bottled lemonade (Old Orchard) which I couldn’t get at my local Martin’s because they were sold out of the plain lemonade flavor. While I was there I also bought 4 fried chicken wings from the deli. It was the worst chicken I have ever eaten from Martin’s. It tasted old as if it was warmed over from the day before. 😡 I visited the store at about 2pm and thought I would be sure to get a fresh batch. It looked good but was very dry and old tasting. I will never purchase chicken from your store again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Service was good. Product was not. Yuck 🤢
