Marshall's Ice Cream Bar

The ice cream tasted great, but I was a little disappointed with the portions. I ordered two soft serves (a medium and a large milkshake), one in regular vanilla and one in low-fat vanilla. The low-fat vanilla came with noticeably less than the regular vanilla—even after only taking two small spoonfuls, you can clearly see the difference in amount. I was also under the impression that a medium would fill the entire container, but it wasn’t filled to the top. I didn’t want to submit a survey since the girl who helped me was very sweet, but I did spend $25 on just three items and expected the portions to reflect that. Looking at the pictures, you can see how much lower the ice cream sits compared to the container sides when held up to the light.

Great customer service! Had special ordered a fudge cake and when we took it out to sing Happy Birthday, realized the cake was not the right cake (wrong flavors of ice cream). Called and explained the situation to one of the owners - they were very apologetic and told me to come back that weekend for a free cake. Gave me no issues when I went in to pick up the replacement cake and everyone there was super friendly. Great ice cream - fudge cakes are the best. This is customer service done right. Five stars!

Great staff! Kind and helpful service. Big help sampling flavors and hard choice trying not to eat everything. You know you’re a rocking ice cream spot when people are packing in, over and over. Marshall's Ice creamery is the richest tasting ice cream I have tried. The cakes the variety i love them all. A true family owned and operated store love it
