We love stopping here for the raspas and other snacks. Best price in town I say. It's a must stop when family visit.
What a great little stand. We got their small snow cones. There is a big variety of flavors. There are other food items available. Very friendly staff. Very clean place.
That last spot with Raspas before leaving Harlingen, Grape Piccadilly lots of pickle chunks, and of course una de Leche very sweet and attentive lady, Great Customer Service
