Marlborough Public Library

Library itself is GREAT! came for a yoga class with my group (adults with IDD), participated through the whole class, didn’t talk at all but yet the yoga teacher asked us to leave during the last part of the class because “it was hard to concentrate “ (Update: Library owners were very respectful and handled the situation perfectly! 10/10 would visit again!)

It was worth the wait what a Beautiful Library for the City of Marlborough. I love the modern look it looks fantastic. And shout out to the librarians who worked at and any of the staff it's always been a pleasant experience a very modern up to date library with excellent staff gets a five-star review.

I love this library but the lady that was closing at the front desk on November 29, 2025 needs retraining and she has no customer service skills. She thinks I did not catch on to her passive aggressive attitude when I was frustrated she didn't tell me the computers closed 15 minutes before closing and I was trying to print an important document at the time. She said she did not know. I never had an issue at this library everyone else pretty helpful and knowledgeable except for this one time.

Wonderful library with friendly staff. There used to be a staff person named Ann, I believe, who was excellent at recommending books and treating library users with kindness and respect.

Very nice library with plenty of spots to work or study quietly.
