31 years residing here and I wouldn't change it. As of late we are getting a "better" heating system. Grounds are well maintained for years. Staff is as nice as they can be but small, we surely would appreciate more people for it, there are 28 buildings to upkeep. They are using better extermination products and system, their staff is efficient, professional, and pleasant to talk with. We enjoy great parking opportunity, although, privately owned. Train and bus services nearby, our mom & pop grocery store and shopping stores. I have seen other housing communities that look as good but we are happy here and the people are kind and good with its ups and downs, after all, humanity lives here. And with that I end this short story by saying that we as tenants have an the most important role to

Just called them at 4pm 05/30/2025 to advise them that I’m contacting NYPD due to a friend of mine being in a domestic dispute. I wanted to give NYPD her information so that they could go to the office to get her actual apartment number as I know they’re not allowed to release apartment numbers to strangers. This woman flat out told me they were closing at that very moment. I thanked her for her time and confirmed that she couldn’t care any less about preventing a murder on the very property that she works. Had someone else call to see what time they close and she said the same thing Google says- 4:30pm.

The favoritism is atrocious honestly, everyone think they are better than people and coming from Flatbush.. Yall only help out your own when there's a bunch of people that need help in here 😑🤦🏿‍♂️ No matter if it's pipes, toilets or even paint y'all take decades to do

Visiting here regularly. For the fact that this is public housing, I am always astonished in how well up kept the place is. The city puts a lot of effort in grooming the gardens, waste disposal, upkeeping of the playgrounds. It would be nice for everybody if some residents would care a bit more and stop their dogs from peeing into the elevators. I do not feel unsafe here and love the diverse community.
