Mark's Pizzeria

I love pizza and I routinely get Mark’s Pizzeria in Henrietta. This pizza i got from here in Scottsville today was a greasy slothy mess. The crust was soaked and the topping was like soup. Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten in my life. The cheese was off the pizza before i ever even picked it up. I actually almost handed it back after I saw them boxing it up but I thought I would give it a chance because maybe it needed to cool down. No, it was awful and I knew better.

I have ordered from Mark's several times. Every time, I get a mouthful of slimy grease and undercooked dough. I ordered breadsticks with cheese and couldn't taste anything but butter and grease. The pizza is the same. Just greasy and unsatisfying. Don't eat here.

I give this place five stars. I’ve eaten here 100 times and nobody’s 100% perfect. I feel bad that I haven’t taken the time until today to write a review. I had an issue things happen. First time ever and they fixed it immediately and even went out of their way. Matt even took the time to get it delivered for me. Which is why I always order from here even though we have another pizza place in Town. People take the time to complain but never the time to say how great an experience. And because of the service I received as always. I had a great experience. Thank you Matt for you assistance

I've lived in Scottsville for 3 years and have ordered here frequently. I placed an order for over $100 worth of food and the money came out of my account. However a error message populated across the screen at the end of the order. I called the restaurant to explain what happened and they told me that I never placed and order. I advised that I could show proof of payment and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to the store to show them the payment and again nothing they can do. So I asked if I placed the order again would I essentially be paying over $200 for pizza. Nick's reply was 'it's above my pay grade." I asked him who would know and if I could speak to that person. He in turn called the owner who tried to 'school me' on how online ordering worked which I clearly adv

Hard working crew making sure everyone is happy with their food. I really liked their wing flavours. If you just want some good pizza and no fuss, this is a good spot. I also liked the obvious care they have for the community. Sponsoring teams, hiring students and actually caring. Great to see. Make sure to say hi to Matt.
