The people in store are nice and helpful, but if you purchase appliances with a warranty, don't expect them to follow through. We have had a non-working ice maker with multiple promises and 3 appointments set up so far. Nobody ever calls or shows up after arranging my schedule around it and waiting on them!!! So so disappointed..I expected more than this. Update! 5 wks later, repair is done, I'm satisfied! Thanks so much!

I was sitting at Northside High School today as your crew loaded a truck with empty boxes & drove away....as the empty boxes flew out of the truck onto the street & they did not stop to pick them up but just kept on going ! If they had taken a few minutes to to smash the boxes down they would not have blown out ! I consider this action very disrespectful to the school & also your company ! Just one person's opinion...thanks for your time !
