I have been purchasing product for my small buisness for close to 3years from this place. I have never had any major complaint, there has been times where I havent liked certain brands of shrimp that they have provided me with however I have never complaint about that, I simply request a different brand on my next trip, no biggie. There has also been times where they give me the incorrect order but again I didnt complaint. I would just go right back to exchange the wrong order for the correct one, telling myself, "these things happpen, no big deal". On my most recent purchase, i was given 2 cases of, what i can only describe as, ROTTEN SHRIMP. Unfortantly I did not detect that untill i was ready to use the shrimp 4 days after I purchased it.
