Gary is a very attentive landlord, and made sure I was comfortable. He will always let you know if he’s doing maintenance / if something else comes up immediately. I felt respected and cared for as a guest. He is very transparent about everything and a very nice man. I recommend staying! 5 stars.

Great apartment and location for work and easy access to the train. Just finished a 2 month summer rental for NYC internship. The location is clean, safe, quiet, and has a short walk to the train. The apartment has recently been renovated and is brand new condition, has all you need to include laundry in the unit. Gary the owner communicates very well and was open and honest with our payments and quick to refund the security deposit. Highly recommend this rental for any short term or extended work/internship in NYC.
