What a find! Local family owned store with amazingly fresh fish. As others have said, they are knowledgeable and proud to be doing the work they do. Be aware that they are BUSY and will chat but need to keep hustling to keep up with the demand (especially during holidays). They’ve been around for 40+ years and I hope they will be doing it for another 40! I will definitely be back to frequent this place.

Went by in the morning and purchased cooked fish (salmon) and prepared salads. They were great. The gentleman who I believed was a owner went to the same H.S. as me. Andrew Jackson) Went back that afternoon and bought some more salads. The selections looked great. Not cheap but in this case u get what you pay for!! Going back !!

Incredible family owned establishment with wonderful fresh fish and other options. I really appreciate the care everyone puts into helping me pick out the freshest fish and discussing options for what I can use for sashimi which is always restaurant level quality

When you hear "hidden gem", this place is it! Marine Fisheries has to be one of the longest operating retail stores in Great Neck, and for good reason! The owner (Charlie) is extremely particular and fussy when it comes to picking the highest quality fish. His commitment to going to the market daily and hand picking each fish is unmatched. Make the time to find this local gem and get to know your next favorite fish retailer!

The owner is nice . His wife Is extremely rude. When she takes orders over the phone she is making faces as if she is annoyed at the person on the other line and then talks about them in front of everyone. She always looks miserable and talks about everyone when they come into the store .
