Maria's Restaurant

Nice little cozy restaurant to eat Puerto Rican food. Friendly owner and his wife. The place is clean and it is wheelchair accessible. However, there isn't any handicap parking spots but you can always find spots on the street. Their bathroom is small but clean. I literally drive out of my way to come and eat their "empanadillas de pizza" which are not easy to find in these area. Do I recommend this place ? Absolutely! They have other Spanish dishes if you like Spanish food that you can try.

Food was delicious fresh and very tasty. The pernil and the pollo guisado were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Not sure if this place changed management or chef but food barely had flavor. Rice and beans were disappointing. I wanted chuleta guisada instead they had chuleta in a green sauce and it was spicy. Their food leans more towards Mexican flavoring not that it's a bad things but not what I'd go to a Puerto Rican restaurant for. The beef empanada was delicious though.

I tried Maria's for the first time today and the food was delicious. Very good portions and seasoned perfectly. Definitely will go back there again
