Maria’s Food Truck

Everything tasted incredibly fresh @ Maria's, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I ordered the Al Pastor tacos and my husband got the Carne Asada Quesadilla. They were all perfectly seasoned! The rice, salsa and guac were top-notch! The potatoes and onions were a nice surprise!

A must stop spot for the most authentic Mexican food in Hurricane Utah town. This small food truck has delicious home made tamales, yes! tamales and they have super good quesabirrias, too! All their food is made fresh. They have friendliest customer service. Definitely recommended!

Delicious! Owner is friendly. Usually only open during lunch. Quesa Birria only avail on fridays and saturdays. Carne asada tacos are great too. Recommend👍🏼

Some of the best food ive ever had. Quesabirria only available on friday and saturday but its incredible. Only problem with this hidden gem is knowing when they are open.
