Marianna Stoltz House

We had no issues during our stay. The place was warm and inviting. The breakfast was on time and a great assortment of things to choose from. I liked that we pretty much saw no one until our last day. I did catch, the host, Holland, on our way out and complimented her. To answer some of the other more negative reviews, we did have hand soap in the bathroom, I never once was cold. The bathroom was warm and so was our room. Almost too warm, my only recommendations would be is to add a fan for noise and to cool off, and a tissue box in the room. Though tissue was provided in the bathroom. Thank you for the lovely stay.

If you like your rooms rectangular in large blocks of boxes, and an all you can eat breakfast loaded up on carbohydrates then this is not your place.||But, honestly, it's a wonderful B&B. The stairs creak, the windows shudder a bit in the wind.... the room was very comfortable, and warm - shower super, everything just nice..... and the downstairs lounge just very relaxing. Breakfast was very fine - fruit, yoghurt, croissant, jam, coffee/tea - not huge but more than adequate.||Being picky maybe a little more hanging space in the room, although there was a huge chest of drawers to make up for it. A little road noise as the window had a standalone aircon unit in it - maybe it could be removed now the temperature has dropped?||But a super visit, highly recommended. Next time I'm in Spokane

This beautiful house is still owned by the same family after probably 100 years (?). Like some of the other people said, it can feel haunted because you probably will not see anyone else while you are there, but I had work to do the evening I stayed and it was really peaceful and nice to sit in the empty, well lit living room and work on the comfy couch. The breakfast was tasty and healthy, the room was warm, the bed was comfortable.

It was such a lovely and nice kept house. Everything was super clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The host super attentive to all my needs. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Spokane .

This place is adorable, with every bit of charm possible. The bed is comfy, the shower is great. Everything is clean, with plenty of supplies available. The breakfast was tasty and just right. The host I met at breakfast, and she was a joy to chat with.
