Margaritas Mexican grill &bar

I think it's a great little spot in downtown kittanning. The food was great. Different style than south Georgia but still good. If you're around check it out. I had the molcajete.

Food was great. One of the better Mexican places I have been. We went in just before the lunch rush. The staff was quick with seating and meal prep. Our server was great. My drink was never empty.

First time here, on our way home was going by kittaining, and my brother in law had recommended this place! It was amazing. Loved the salsa a perfect amount of cilantro in it. My husband got the three amigos burrito it was huge and he couldn't finish it all, but he said it was excellent, I got the shrimp chimichanga with rice, they were so delicious, The shrimp was not overcooked. We will definitely be back.

The portions are good and the food is great (usually). The churros are listed as “churros drizzled in chocolate,” but both times I’ve gotten them they had like a strawberry or raspberry puree inside them, so I couldn’t eat them. I thought since they’re not listed as having fruit in them that it was a fluke and ordered them the second time, but it was in them again. So both churros orders went right in the trash. The “macaroni and cheese fries” were bland fries with no salt or flavor served with what tasted like Kraft macaroni and cheese. Very low quality. Other than the Mac-n-cheese fries and churros, the food has been great.

Tried this on my journey and it's definitely worth the stop. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but it wasn't far off the main stretch. The food was absolutely delicious! I also ordered a flight of margaritas and oh my they were soooo good. Try the prickly pear if you go. The waitress was friendly and kept checking on us. The booth was a little tight for my friend but we made it work. We both agreed this is one place we would make the trip to try again! * would be ok for a wheel chair*
