Margaretville Mountain Inn

Nice rustic accommodations. Rooms were cozy and clean. Good breakfast ,coffee , juice ,eggs bacon + . Friendly staff. Great quite location near town. Big porch to hang out and rest at the end of the day . We would definitely stay again. Wifi and TV included. Small shared microwave and fridge in one of the living areas. Ironing board and steamer was a plus.

The location and accommodations were fine and breakfast was delicious. The owners mood was temperamental at times and she wasn’t always pleasant.

This is a charming bed and breakfast. It’s clean, cozy, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Carol was a great host - very friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was a real treat! Delicious! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place near the ski resorts or hiking in the area!

The inn is a short and lovely drive out of Margaretville. It sits on a hill and the front views are lovely. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning. There is always eggs however you like them, toast and bacon. In addition there was French toast one day and another day waffles. Orange juice, tea and coffee. To start you off one morning we had pumpkin bread served warm, the next we had blueberry crumb both delicious! We had the suite two beds in one room, sleeps three and the other room sleeps two and the bathroom. There is a TV in that room. The suite was on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding for those cooler nights. In the common area there were two couches, a chair and two hassocks to sit on. The older table lights were gorgeous.
