Food is great when you get it fresh and the right order the first time! Other times not so much. Service is absolutely terrible. We had a party today and put in an order to be ready at a specific time - 12:15. They told me absolutely no problem and that it would be ready at 12:15. My husband arrived there late at 12:30 and they said it would be another 15 minutes until the pizza was ready. They hadn't even started the order. He brought it home without checking it first (which I usually do but you shouldn't have to) and the order was wrong. I ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese. We received 4 cheese. I had a great experience at this location. Alex had a great personality and greeted me as I walked in. I also got my good 20 minutes earlier than expected. Solid guy great experience and makes me want to always order at this location. 5 stars ✅

Terrible service, terrible attitude, they just don’t care. Pick up my Pizza 40 mts after I ordered it. Not ready, their answer? It will be ready when it’s ready. Great customer service! It urn out that my order were ready for over 20 mts at the time I arrived to pick it up. So basically they have me waiting for over 20 mts when the pizza was ready for pick up. No apologies, nothing! I guess they were right, ready when its ready! Last time for me.

“I order from here quite often, but the past few times, my pizza hasn’t been properly cut. In some cases, it wasn’t cut at all, and other times the slices were uneven and poorly shaped. I’m reaching out here in hopes that this issue can be addressed and improved moving forward

Ordered from here a couple times and just notice the size of the pizza all look the same. Small is 6 slices , medium is 8 slices and large is 8 slices but large is 12. If I’m paying a $3 difference for large compared to a medium, why isn’t there more slices in the box? The pizza itself does not look bigger it’s just cut extra small.
