I used to order from this location all the time. Then something changed. Employees stopped reading their tickets before leaving the store, not properly trained, and leaving brand new employees alone to make poor quality products. All of this over the last 3 years. Last year was my breaking point when I continued to pay for a quality product I never got. I also do not eat the pepperoni calzone without ranch and it’s a waste of money. It literally goes to the dog. My husband convinced me to try again today and nothing has changed. I ordered 2 calzones, one with ranch and… no ranch… I ordered the chocolate brownie, online it specifically selects a chocolate sauce, which was not on it. Love ordering pizza on a holiday weekend and watching movies with my family. I ordered 3XLarge but someone forgot to put in the pepperoni in one of my pizzas that I ordered online. It's ok for a small mistake. So I called right away and they are so quick to recover, replace, and deliver since I ordered delivery tonight. Delivery driver was VERY nice and when I called a girl answered and she just focused on what to reorder for me and there was absolutley NO arguing back & forth. I was not upset. I know mistakes can happen and I know they are busy and working hard. Some other places the employees like to make an argument out of everything instead of resolving the issue to make it right. (I am tired of seeing that kind of treatment in other places of employment.) I thought it was funny to me

Please require basic math for your cashiers. I went in last night and picked up an online order totaling $9.61. I tried to pay the cashier with a $20 bill and .61 cents. This dude is going to look at the change and say "Nah" handing the change back to me and proceeding to short me .10 cents in the process. Is the .10 cents a big deal? No, but it would have been much simpler to take what was given and return the change of $11 instead of returning the change and giving me $10.30. These incapable kids are eventually going to run down your business if they can't handle simple things. I am a very patient and understanding person to most things, but a lot of people nowadays are not. What’s the point in offering curbside delivery if the employees are just going to sit inside on their phone and not bring the order out. Do your job. And you knew we were there checked in waiting for you to bring it out because when we came in and asked for the order you didn’t even ask a name, you knew exactly which order to hand us of the multiples that were prepared and waiting to be picked up. Ridiculous.

Ordered a thin crust pizza. When I got home I discovered it was not thin crust. My son then reordered a thin crust for delivery. It took an hour and a half to get it only to discover it was also not thin crust. I called Marcos and spoke to a young lady and explained my situation. She proceeded to tell me they were out of thin crust. If that is the case, then I should have been called and told this so I could have cancelled my order. We are now out 50.00 bucks and still don't have anything to eat. I never received an apology or anything. They didn't even offer a refund!! This is ridiculous and the worst experience I have ever had. I will never order from this place again.
