Marco's Pizza

​I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from this location. I placed an order several days in advance for a party on 2/28, specifically requesting a 12:15 PM delivery to accommodate a tight one-hour window before a pool party. ​The Failures: ​Extreme Delay: Despite prepaying and ordering days early to guarantee timing, the delivery was over an hour late. This resulted in 8 full pizzas going to waste because the scheduled mealtime had passed. ​Poor Management: When I called to check on the status, I was told they "had other pizzas to make." The General Manager was completely indifferent, showing zero accountability for the fact that a pre-scheduled, prepaid order was being ignored. ​Lack of Professionalism: When the food finally arrived, the driver didn't even come to the door

I love Marcos pizza and look forward to it when it’s pizza night. Ordered a salad and had to return it (super wet/brown lettuce). The pizza was okay, but toppings were not fresh tasting. When I returned the salad, the store smelled like straight sewer, it wasn’t very clean and I noticed the girl making pizzas did NOT have gloves on. I’m super grossed out and disappointed. I hope management cleans up this store. However, the service was satisfactory.

When the two guys are there the food is really good with no mistakes. However when it’s the slim lady she gets mad when u ask her to wash her hands when she is moving boxes and or touching her hair or nose and then they get mad at you when they’re messed up your order and you bring it back and they act like you’re the problem

Got sent two burnt pizzas. Told me I had to go there to get a refund. They said that this pizza wasn't burnt. You can't tell me black spots all over the pizza isn't burnt. Waste of money would not even give a refund. Very disappointed.
