Marco's Pizza

Just walked out, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Not once was I greeted or even acknowledged—not even a simple “give me a minute” while the staff figured things out. One worker was on his knees answering the phone and completely ignored me, and what looked like the manager also saw me walk in and still said nothing. Another employee in the back was kicking boxes around while holding an open tray, and yet another helped someone else pay without acknowledging my presence at all. The lack of basic customer service was unbelievable. I won’t be returning, and honestly the staff and store need serious retraining. Keep in mind this was my first time trying Marco's pizza out and this is how my first experience is. Can't rate somrhinf I never had..

Tried ordering online with discount codes that came in the mail for this new location. Half the codes were invalid and made me not want to order at all. But I was willing to invite the negative reviews and give them a fair shake. The pizza was ready for pickup fast. Walked in and out with it and box seemed messed up like poorly folded and wouldn't stay closed. Half way home I realized it was leaking. Apparently, they crushed the garlic sauce packet that leaked all over my vehicle.... The pizza itself was crispy and delicious. Ordered a pepperoni and bacon. I would order again however you should really train your staff on proper box folding procedures so no one has ruined vehicle interiors.. that's unacceptable . Had it not been for that it would have been 5* even with bogus discount code

Marco's delivered a pizza big enough for my whole family to be filled in under 20 minutes delivery time. The pizza was gone almost instantly. The value there is high due to the delivery time, taste and quality of pizza. I've never only eaten Marco's Pizza at home, so I don't know what the atmosphere is like closer to their kitchen

Marco’s pizza in lake Wales Florida none of them was wearing gloves. The guy went into the cooler and came out started preparing food without washing his hands. Also the same guy wiped his hands on his pants and proceeded to make pizza’s. This is definitely not sanitary.

I've seen many workers going through this store but each 1 has been great from the time you enter until you leave. I love pizza and I have tasted pizza from most of the surrounding areas but marcos to me is the best.
