Marco's Pizza

So I don’t have any pictures to add because I’m putting this review of two days after so my apologies. I actually ordered it through DoorDash. I ordered a large Philly pizza six piece, garlic, Parm wings and an order of cheesy breadsticks and honey. Let me tell you this food was so good. Like everything was really, really good. My favorite was the pizza I had just the right amount of sauce a great amount of toppings. And I’m talking about on every slice. I got everything that’s supposed to come on the pizza in every single bite I took ! I love that because I’m tired of these pizza places where you’re paying $25 for a pizza and when you get it, there’s toppings on maybe a third of the pizza so I appreciate a place that actually gives you toppings all over every square inch of the pizza beca

****UPDATE**** DUE TO THE WINTER STORM and AGAINST MY BEST JUDGEMENT I Ordered a pizza along with a CALZONE for pick up. I had to call the store THREE TIMES because the women inside of the store could NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and get the ORDER CORRECT ….after sending my husband into the store TWICE …. He arrived home from the store a THIRD TIME and the Calzone was STILL MADE INCORRECTLY…called and told the manager I wanted my MONEY BACK because the RECEIPT CLEARLY stated the FOUR ITEMS that I asked for in the “BUILD YOUR OWN” menu item ….NEVER IN LIFE WILL I EVER PATRONIZE an establishment that REFUSES TO REFUND U WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG …. Unfortunately I can no longer support this restaurant. Been ordering from here for years and now something has changed. Delivery times are ridiculous and when I call no one seems to care. Ordered a cheese steak sub and it showed up an hour and half after ordered and it was a half inch thick when I got it. Completely smashed. Also ordered a pizza bowl and it was extremely cold. Makes sense beings how long it took to get my order. I will no longer order from or recommend Marcos in Essex.

The pizza was so delicious and the staffs were so sweet and the environment was really warm. Honestly, speaking i didn’t have much expectations but they over-crossed my expectations. Overall I had a experience.

This store has new owners and boy they have changed this place, fresh pizza great customer service and cleanest place in Essex, looking forward to come here more often
