Marco's Pizza

This place is getting worse and worse. I called at 604pm amd the lady said it will be delivered in 30 mins. 715pm rolls around and we get a text it will be delivered at 740pm. It was a pizza bowl, med pjilly thin crust and a diet dr pepper. An hour and 40 mins. Between shifts apparently they use door dash? I loved this marcos when I first moved here. But it has turned to crap. Oh and they can change on the holding music "your time is important to us". Prove it!!! Liz the manager is incredible. That's all you all have at night good going on in that store.

I've ordered from Marco's more than a few times, and I've finally decided to give them a review. Service is always good, with the staff being friend, courteous, and attentive, whether it's the delivery driver at my door or staff on the phone. Anytime I've had an error in my order, they apologize profusely and correct it right away. The food always arrives hot and delicious. I prefer their thin crust pizzas, typically topped with sausage. It's reminiscent of the thin crust pizzas I had growing up in Chicago. They do offer a curbside pick up option which is convenient for those days when you're having a day. Their specials are pretty good, and even without them, the pricing is pretty fair. In terms of chain pizza, probably the best around this county for taste, quality, and value.

10/10 recommend coming to Marcos, they are absolutely amazing in all directions. From food quality to customer service and everything in the between. Great food, great people who 100% do care about you and your food. Liz is such an amazing manager and strives for her team to be on their A game! P.s. the food is made with love ❤️.

Very quick, clean, and friendly service. I ordered online and was able to pick up my food pretty quickly. It was hot and smelled soo good! I am not a huge pizza lover whatsoever, but husband was wanting to try Marcos since he’s never had it. It was very delicious! It was hot, fresh, and very cheesy which I loved. My only critique would be, the toppings seem to concentrate in the middle, so you’ll def get great bites with lots of toppings, but as you eat the end of your slice, you may not get many toppings. The pepperoni picture kinda shows it best.. Tons of pepperonis in the middle and they kinda disperse on the ends. It didn’t bother me, which is why I gave five stars because I do think they deserve it. Just something to note. The cheesy bread is okay. It’s not my favorite, but it’s not

First tine visit. I will start with the pizza. We ordered 2 large pies for dine in. After 50 minutes, the pizza was finally done. It was Friday at 520, so understandably busy. The pizza was fantastic, and so was the service. What was a turn off was the fast food atmosphere, including delivering the pizza in the to go box to the table. I probably will not return to dine in, but I will probably order take out at some point. Some music would help as would serving pizza on a pan.
